Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Account Executive to join Arc, our specialist Shopper & Retail Marketing team within Publicis Groupe. This is a brilliant entry-level opportunity for someone keen to kickstart their career in client service and agency life. Job Responsibility:

Supporting the team from creative concept development through to dispatch
Managing timelines, estimates, supplier coordination, and legal T&Cs
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
Attending client WIPs, taking contact reports, and trafficking briefs
Keeping a pulse on in-store campaigns and shopper trends
Working across promotions, retail activations, and microsite fulfilment
Collaborating with integrated agency teams across Publicis Groupe

Requirements:

A natural communicator and relationship builder
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and an admin whiz
Adaptable, resilient, and solutions focused
Passionate about creative work and retail environments
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Nice to have:

Exposure to Shopper Marketing, Sales Promotions, or Retail promotions
Exposure to Agency workflows or production coordination
Exposure to POS formats and creative processes
