The Account Executive reports to the Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for expanding our marketing services into new markets through outbound sales and opportunity management. You’ll be pioneering new business development in adjacent industries beyond our core market, bringing a suite of proven digital marketing solutions that help small and mid-sized businesses grow — from brand-building to lead generation to driving bottom-line revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Execute outbound sales strategies to break into new verticals
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
Sell One Firefly’s suite of proven digital marketing solutions to help clients grow their business
Effectively manage and forecast your pipeline in CRM
Build relationships that lead to long-term customer success
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handoff
Requirements:
Proven success in outbound B2B sales with a hunter mindset
Track record of exceeding quotas and generating your own pipeline
Strong network in a parallel industry (home services, trades, etc.) preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing or creative services is a plus
Confidence in consultative sales conversations and storytelling
Exceptional organization and CRM skills
Self-starter energy and ability to thrive in a remote setting
