Job Description

Kickstart Your Sales Career with Quadient. Territory covers - NY: Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Dutchess; CT: Fairfield, Litchfield. Candidates must reside in or be commutable to Stamford, White Plain, Yonkers - West Chester County for local travel to assigned customer accounts at least 2-3 days a week, non-field days are worked from home. A valid driver’s license is required. Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commissions (estimated OTE=$116k); Additional compensation: monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a one-time remote stipend.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems
  • Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision-makers
  • Engage with C-Suite leaders and influencers to understand their business needs
  • Deliver clear communication to internal partners and external clients
  • Collaborate across departments to support strong customer experiences

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Identifying and escalating possible risks or opportunities associated with their client and debtor portfolio to AETL or other the relevant parties within the business
  • Collecting financial information from the client including PAYE, VAT, bank statements, Management accounts and aged creditors
  • Utilising AQ to accurately and promptly allocate cash based on a thorough understanding of the contractual debt, to the clients sales ledger including the transfer of cash through suspense when appropriate
  • Using a variety of methodologies to process complex schedules based on the type of debt ensuring that accurate and timely processing is captured on AQ
  • Ensuring that all relevant and important information is recorded within the appropriate client files
