We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our Uber Eats team in Berlin. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in expanding our restaurant network across the country. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from identifying potential leads to successfully integrating new restaurant partners. Job Responsibility:
Lead cold-calling campaigns via phone and email to acquire new restaurant partners
Execute sales campaigns via coldcalling to expand Uber Eats’ presence across Germany
Negotiate partnerships and close deals with top-tier restaurants
Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process and ensure a successful start
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales Operations and Marketing, to achieve shared goals and maximize results
Analyze market trends and feedback to improve strategies and operations
Requirements:
Ideally, some experience in outbound sales and familiarity with digital (CRM) tools
Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude when working with potential partners
Proficient in German and English
Knowledge of the restaurant industry is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse target groups
A customer-focused approach to foster partner growth and satisfaction
