Job Responsibility
Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients
Manage client accounts with a focus on service quality, retention, and expansion of existing partnerships
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring requests are addressed promptly and solutions align with business goals
Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals, coordinate deliverables, and support successful execution of client programs
Strengthen revenue growth by uncovering cross-sell and upsell opportunities within current and prospective accounts
Contribute market and client insights that help refine account strategy and improve overall business development efforts
Support agency-style account service activities, including relationship management, communications coordination, and ongoing client engagement
Maintain clear records of account activity, sales progress, and follow-up actions to support accurate pipeline visibility
Requirements
Proven experience in both business development and account management roles
Mid-level or senior-level background with the ability to manage client relationships independently
Strong communication and relationship-building skills in client-facing environments
Experience working in an agency, digital agency, media agency, or public relations account service setting is preferred
Familiarity with nonprofit or healthcare clients is helpful, though not required
Ability to connect with corporate stakeholders and develop new business opportunities
Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining responsiveness and attention to detail
