We are currently hiring a driven Account Executive for the DACH region to lead new business development across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, focused on selling Specops Solutions. You'll target mid-market and enterprise clients, building and executing a high-performing sales pipeline from prospecting through close. This is a hands-on role where you'll own your customers and prospects, execute forecasts, and directly contribute to revenue growth in one of cybersecurity's fastest-expanding markets.
Job Responsibility:
Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and strategic outreach
build relationships with key decision-makers
Sales Execution: Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, manage negotiations, and guide customers through the buying cycle to close
Account Management: Understand customer pain points and articulate how Specops' solutions solve real business problems
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, resellers, and distributors across the DACH region to drive expansion and partnership growth
Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce, analyze trends, and report performance against quarterly and annual targets
Collaboration: Work with the regional sales team to exceed collective targets and share market insights
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical sales experience
3–5 years in B2B sales, new business development, or inside sales
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and business-minded with genuine passion for closing deals
Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
comfortable with cold calling and rejection
able to distill complex technical concepts into clear customer value propositions
skilled at building and maintaining strategic partnerships
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with cybersecurity, penetration testing, or vulnerability management
DACH market experience
