Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term growth

Leverage outbound campaigns, marketing initiatives, and partner networks to uncover and close new opportunities
Deliver results
Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate, proactive forecasts
Lead with insight
Develop deep expertise in our services, industry landscape, and competitive positioning to confidently advise clients
Collaborate cross-functionally
Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize account impact
Influence the business
Share client insights and market feedback to shape strategy
Requirements:
3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments, with consistent quota attainment
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Consultative, strategic selling approach
Strong curiosity and business acumen
Resilience and ownership
Global mindset and comfort working across regions, cultures, and time zones
