Job Responsibility
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience
Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to identify their unique needs and provide tailored solutions
Managing the full lifecycle of accounts, from onboarding and strategic planning to ongoing performance monitoring
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that client requirements are met with precision and within established deadlines
Analyzing account data and reporting on key metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategy optimization
Proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and resolving any potential concerns before they impact client satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree
A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 10 years of professional experience in an Account Executive or related capacity
Strong ability to maintain a formal and professional demeanor
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant office software and CRM tools
