As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sales cycle of our in-house product, BotPenguin, from qualifying leads to closing deals. You will work closely with prospects to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of BotPenguin, and build long-term customer relationships. This role requires a mix of consultative selling, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibility:
Engage and qualify inbound leads provided to you
Understand customer needs at a high level and check for product fit
Schedule and conduct product demos tailored to client requirements
Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Maintain lead hygiene and proper tracking in the CRM system
Assist with additional organisational requirements as deemed fit, including supporting junior team members, HR, and operations when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in SaaS or IT solutions)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions
Experience with CRM tools for lead management
Negotiation and closing skills
