Our Sales and Account Management teams are on the frontline introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with restaurants to grow our businesses together. As an Account Executive, you’ll build strong relationships with the best restaurants to deliver a big impact on the restaurant selection on UberEats. We are looking for someone who is ready to get going quickly, knows where the best restaurants are, is passionate about food, and enjoys building great partnerships. Your primary focus will be bringing on new restaurants and using your pitching, negotiating, and driving internal processes skills to set up our partners for success. Next to that, you will partner with restaurants to make sure they are onboarded in the platform and grow together with Uber Eats to reach new heights.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to build and manage a robust sales pipeline
Own the entire end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closing deals
Develop and maintain long-term partnerships by communicating the value of Uber Eats and our newest product features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Operations and Account Management to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Requirements:
At least 1 year of professional sales experience
Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing a sales pipeline
Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
Ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Comfortable at managing your own time and having clear prioritisation skills
Fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English
Nice to have:
Working knowledge of Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets)
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
Experience in the food delivery or online marketplace
