Aspire is excited to announce an opening for an Account Executive. Aspire is aggressive in growth and looking for a dynamic individual to sell Aspire’s business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective landscape customers. This position will play an invaluable role in the company’s overall growth strategy focusing on enterprise clients in a growing market.
Job Responsibility:
Sell Aspire’s product and services to prospective customers
Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
Manage and maintain sales pipeline through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
Ensure all prospect interactions and meetings are accurately and consistently recorded in our CRM
Develop, present, and sell the company’s value proposition to prospective customers
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale
Maintain consistent and prompt response time with all clients
Prospect and penetrate key accounts, meet and develop business relationships with stakeholders
Occasionally, attend an industry-specific tradeshows to generate leads
Travel into market when needed to close business
Maintain an accurate forecast and related prospect information in our CRM
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years experience developing relationships and closing business with B2B clients
Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with experience with top performance and over achievement against quota is preferred
Possess a solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale is highly important
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for the Landscape or Trades Industry
