Generate new business through own networks and referrals
Deliver exceptional service to allocated portfolio of existing clients to ensure strong retention and continued income growth
Work closely with support team to ensure all instructions, documentation and renewal activity are handled efficiently through Acturis
Emphasis on early pre-renewal preparation and high-quality market presentations
Maintain strong credit control
Monitor market conditions
Adhere to FCA requirements
Requirements:
Solid background in commercial insurance broking
Strong grasp of market practice and technical considerations
Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders
Assured negotiator with influence to secure right outcomes for clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, driven and ready to contribute to a high-performing team
