MoJo Active, is seeking a seasoned account executive to expand the capacity of our client services team. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, efficient, and responsible. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, and a strong attention to detail. Experience in the application of digital marketing solutions is key to success in this position. We are an innovative marketing firm that relies heavily on the application of technology and unique organizational systems, so you must be experienced using computer-based systems for your productivity. You will be challenged to perform at your best as you work on creative marketing and technology projects for regional and national clients.
Job Responsibility:
Relationship - maintaining and nurturing client relationships
Results - achieving the goals set forth for our team for each client
Revenue - providing maximum value for clients maximizes revenue
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, taking ownership of the relationship, revenue, and results within each client account
Provide marketing insight and strategic guidance while working collaboratively with the clients as well as with coworkers inside the firm
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
7 to 10 years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency or related position
Experience and proficiency working with digital marketing and technology
Ability to identify new business opportunities, establish contacts and grow relationships
Excellent phone and customer service skills are a must
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work flexible hours when needed
Attention to detail and follow-through
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
