At Alleviate Health we’re building AI Agents that drastically accelerate clinical trials by autonomously communicating with patients to recruit them into trials and support them over years, pruning billions in excess spend. We’re solving the problem that keeps execs at the largest $100B+ Pharma companies up at night. We’re looking for an Account Executive to run the full commercial motion with clinical research sites.
Job Responsibility:
Owning the end-to-end sales cycle with sites: Source, qualify, and close new business with sites via both inbound and outbound
Take deals from first conversation to signed contract
Driving expansion within existing site customers: Grow ARR per logo by expanding to more trials and additional locations under the same site network
Building trusted relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with the customer stakeholders (both execs and clinicians), renew that customer, and cross-sell into that customer
Requirements:
2–4+ years of experience in a closing role (AE or similar)
Healthcare experience is a plus
Experience running full-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders and moderate cycle times (3–6+ months), ideally with 6-figure ACVs
Comfortable selling into messy, operational environments and can talk with both executive leadership and front-line clinical staff
