Account Executive role at Junction, building infrastructure for diagnostic healthcare. The role involves accelerating new business revenue, building repeatable sales motions, and partnering closely with customers to deliver transformational impact in healthcare.
Job Responsibility:
Generating and managing pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and creative sourcing
Running high-quality discovery calls to deeply understand customer problems and align Junction’s solution
Driving complex multi-stakeholder deals to close across enterprise teams in healthcare
Handling objections with resilience and empathy
Negotiating terms and structuring deals that create value for both Junction and our customers
Partnering closely with product and customer success to make handoffs smooth and customer value delivery
Full ownership of pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing with SMBs and Enterprise customers
Metric ownership: New business ARR + deal velocity
Requirements:
3-7+ years experience selling in SMBs + enterprise customers
Passion for healthcare
Driven hunter who thrives on building pipeline and closing new business in fast-moving environments
Belief in ethical, consultative selling
Love solving complex problems with technology
Ability to translate product capabilities into clear value for healthcare stakeholders
Natural relationship builder, able to influence clinicians, execs, and operators alike
