Job Description

This position is intended for recent graduates who completed/will complete their MBA degree between 2025.9-2026.8. As an MBA Account Manager, you will develop and oversee the execution of account plans for multiple accounts and work to ensure engagements yield high volume sales for both Microsoft and the customers that are on track with goals, budgets, and forecasts. You will understand customer drivers of digital transformation and leverage your understanding to engage internal teams to accelerate the customer's digital transformation and strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Builds and maintains relationship with executives and business and technical decision makers at high levels of the customer's organization through consultative engagement to establish trust and credibility in future interactions
  • Manages and executes plans utilizing common sales and delivery methodology for the Microsoft sales organization for multiple accounts to ensure Microsoft targets and customer business needs are met
  • Seeks customer feedback (both formal and informal) of assigned accounts to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction
  • Builds and maintains knowledge of Microsoft offerings, as well as of customer business priorities and basic industry trends to positively articulate the value of Microsoft's offerings in addressing the needs of the assigned accounts and evaluating their business

  • Collecting financial information from the client including PAYE, VAT, bank statements, Management accounts and aged creditors
  • Utilising AQ to accurately and promptly allocate cash based on a thorough understanding of the contractual debt, to the clients sales ledger including the transfer of cash through suspense when appropriate
  • Using a variety of methodologies to process complex schedules based on the type of debt ensuring that accurate and timely processing is captured on AQ
  • Ensuring that all relevant and important information is recorded within the appropriate client files
