Job Responsibility:
Looking after dormant and low-touch accounts, building better relationships and improving retention
Spotting opportunities to improve margins through pricing changes, product swaps or commercial conversations
Responding to day-to-day account queries and keeping customers and internal teams updated
Building a pipeline of opportunities within existing accounts by identifying whitespace and upsell opportunities
Following consistent processes, managing SLA’s and making sure orders and changes are accurate and compliant
Working towards KPI’s such as contacting accounts, renewals, price reviews and order accuracy
Learning around LAN and WAN and core product areas, building your overall sales and commercial knowledge
Requirements:
Around 2 years’ experience working in a structured business, sales or customer-facing environment where you have followed defined processes
Some desk-based sales or account management experience
Comfortable working with numbers, margins, and KPI’s
Experience using CRM systems or structured workflow tools
Curiosity, a growth mindset, and willingness to learn
Clear, confident communicator on phone, email and Teams
Degree or equivalent practical experience (sales, business, or commercial environments preferred)
Able to pass BPSS and other clearance checks
Nice to have:
Experience in IT, Telecoms or Networking would be a bonus
