As an Account Executive at Beekeeper by LumApps, you are instrumental in driving the digitalization of organizations with a high frontline workforce. In many of our target industries - such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and construction - daily work is still shaped by manual and paper-based processes. You demonstrate to decision makers how frontline teams can become more productive and better engaged through mobile communication, digital journeys and simple workflows. In doing so, you position Beekeeper by LumApps as a modern, mobile-first platform that combines Beekeeper’s frontline strengths with LumApps’ proven intranet and AI capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
You own the entire sales cycle for new business accounts in Switzerland - from first meeting to closed deal
You uncover potentials together with buyer personas from HR, IT, communications, operations and C-level - via video calls and on site
You work in a campaign-driven approach and convert opportunities into successful closed-wons
You orchestrate success across functions with BDRs, marketing, solution engineering and customer success
You present our vision of a connected, mobile workforce and convince the buying center with pragmatic value
You proactively generate your own sales pipeline through networking, events and targeted industry plays
You continuously analyze market and industry trends to achieve company objectives
You become the face of Beekeeper by LumApps in the Swiss market
You ensure excellent deal handover quality to the onboarding team - especially when tight rollout timelines and specific contract terms are involved
You design new and optimize existing sales campaigns with a focus on scalable use cases
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in strategic B2B sales of complex and solution-oriented products and services
Native-level German and fluent English
High affinity for digital technologies and AI-driven solutions
Strong capabilities in building networks and excellent communication skills
Proactive, independent personality with high self-motivation
Enjoyment in finding new ways to pragmatically master challenges
Motivation to work in a performance-oriented environment
Ability to turn hot leads into deals
Extensive experience in proactively generating a sales pipeline and converting it into closures - from cold call to closed deal
Nice to have:
Experience in SaaS sales
Experience in fast-growing companies
Experience with buyer personas from HR, communications and IT
University degree (Bachelor) in economics, marketing or similar
