To support their continued international growth, they are looking for Sales Executives to join their Madrid office. They are seeking a confident and driven Account Executive who will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging with new potential clients. In this role, you will connect with prospects, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions that help them achieve their goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong motivation, and a structured approach to sales.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated markets
Conduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients
Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively
Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably working with SMB clients
Proven track record managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales automation platforms
Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies or content-driven sales strategies
Native level of Czech and fluency in English and/or Spanish
Nice to have:
Experience within the SaaS industry, particularly in e-commerce, search, or digital marketing solutions
Has worked in fast-growing tech startups or high-growth environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators
Familiarity with search technologies or digital retail solutions
Expertise in market research and competitor analysis
