The Account Executive will provide project-routing support for assigned jobs across clients/brands and liaise with shared services with proactive two-way communication. Acts as a champion for projects assigned to ensure that agency execution stays on track and meets agency/client process guidelines.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily tactics within routing system, updating timelines and tasks
Support set up of new projects, creating background folders, contracting with creatives, and generating meta data in routing system
Stay informed of each assigned job’s current status and confirm that tasks are accomplished, or that concerns/issues are addressed or elevated to the broader account team
Assist with finance trackers
Demonstrate a working knowledge of the agency process, workflow and guidance
Work to acquire a deeper knowledge of assigned brand(s), the healthcare industry, and client/internal process
Schedule and prepares for and engages in team meetings
Requirements:
Ability to learn new concepts quickly, easily make connections among previously unrelated ideas and enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
Detail-oriented and efficiency-driven with the ability to prioritize (and reprioritize with changing situations) multiple projects simultaneously
High level of comfort working in a virtual-based model
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience
