Job Description

The Account Executive will provide project-routing support for assigned jobs across clients/brands and liaise with shared services with proactive two-way communication. Acts as a champion for projects assigned to ensure that agency execution stays on track and meets agency/client process guidelines.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily tactics within routing system, updating timelines and tasks
  • Support set up of new projects, creating background folders, contracting with creatives, and generating meta data in routing system
  • Stay informed of each assigned job’s current status and confirm that tasks are accomplished, or that concerns/issues are addressed or elevated to the broader account team
  • Assist with finance trackers
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the agency process, workflow and guidance
  • Work to acquire a deeper knowledge of assigned brand(s), the healthcare industry, and client/internal process
  • Schedule and prepares for and engages in team meetings

Requirements

  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly, easily make connections among previously unrelated ideas and enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
  • Detail-oriented and efficiency-driven with the ability to prioritize (and reprioritize with changing situations) multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of comfort working in a virtual-based model
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and recurring revenue quotas by strategically managing your account pipeline
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business within your accounts. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for add-ons, including selling new modules, additional users, upgrades, and renewals
  • Own the commercial relationship with clients post-sale, turning every interaction into an opportunity to strengthen the partnership and uncover new revenue streams
