Job Description

This role is responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, helping them achieve their business goals through digital transformation and Microsoft technology solutions. The individual builds and strengthens executive-level customer relationships, develops long-term account strategies, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and drive revenue growth. The role requires deep understanding of the customer's industry, business challenges, and transformation priorities. By leveraging Microsoft's product portfolio and ecosystem, the individual identifies opportunities to modernize operations, accelerate innovation, and increase technology adoption.   • Determines prioritization of action for multiple assigned accounts
  • Consults and coordinates with the account management team
  • Thinks strategically about customer planning for assigned accounts
  • Develops and oversees the execution of account plans
  • Drives accountability to deliver on account plans
  • Builds and maintains relationships with executives and business and technical decision makers
  • Proactively develops a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business and technology needs and priorities

Requirements

Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 2+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education) and/or driving digital transformation OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in a relevant industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education) and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have
