Job Responsibility
Lead revenue-generating activities across the entire sales process, from identifying prospects and conducting needs assessments to shaping solutions and finalizing agreements
Pursue new business opportunities within a designated market segment or territory, with a focus on building a strong and sustainable client portfolio
Establish credibility with senior decision-makers by developing thoughtful, strategic relationships with executives and key stakeholders
Present customized recommendations that address organizational goals and demonstrate clear value to prospective clients
Keep sales records current by managing pipeline activity, tracking opportunity progress, and producing reliable forecasts in CRM tools such as Salesforce
Partner with internal teams to support a smooth transition from signed deal to implementation, helping position clients for long-term engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required
At least 5 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in membership-based, service-focused, or solution-oriented organizations
Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals on a consistent basis
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with senior leaders
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred, along with familiarity with contemporary prospecting and outreach platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Background in account management, B2B SaaS, digital agency environments, application support, or public relations account service is valued
