Account Executive for the Tech & Engineering industry at Alan, a health partner integrating insurance and healthcare. The mission is to lead prospects to become customers, partnering with founders and HR leaders across SaaS, Software, and Engineering & Design Offices.
Job Responsibility:
Lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers
Full sales cycle: From prospection to closing
Strategic relationships: Drive deals and manage key customer relationships
Education & demos: Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process
Shape our product evolution
Contribute to improving our methods and strategy
Participate in growth initiatives
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above)
Advanced level in English
Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems
Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
Eagerness to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille
