We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive to oversee high-profile client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. This role requires a skilled individual who excels at managing complex projects, coordinating teams, and delivering exceptional results while maintaining superior organization and multitasking abilities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage multiple high-level client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget
Lead creative brainstorming sessions and oversee project execution from concept to completion
Negotiate with vendors and manage multi-million-dollar budgets effectively
Coordinate internal teams and assign tasks to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
Oversee production processes, including obtaining print quotes and media plans
Evaluate project outcomes strategically and provide comprehensive reports
Communicate proactively with clients and internal staff to maintain alignment and transparency
Plan and execute events when required, ensuring all details are meticulously organized
Stay informed about direct response marketing strategies and apply them to enhance client success
Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within client accounts and marketing strategies
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive within an agency setting, managing high-level accounts
Proven expertise in direct response marketing platforms, including direct mail and digital strategies
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail to ensure project success
Excellent communication skills for proactive engagement with clients and teams
Experience in event planning is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage production processes, including vendor negotiations and media planning
