We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team and lead high-impact sales conversations, manage key client relationships, and drive new revenue that will define GEEIQ’s growth through 2026. You will own the full sales cycle for a defined set of mid-market and enterprise accounts, from first discovery through to close and expansion. You will work closely with Marketing, SDRs and Client Services to run thoughtful, insight-led sales processes that help brands understand the commercial value of operating in virtual worlds. This is a high-autonomy role with real ownership. You will be trusted to manage complex buying groups, navigate longer sales cycles, and close strategic deals with some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the full sales cycle, from first meeting through to contract signature and handover
Run high-quality discovery calls that uncover customer objectives, challenges and success metrics
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing, brand, partnerships and innovation teams
Position GEEIQ as a strategic partner, clearly articulating ROI, value and use cases across gaming and virtual worlds
Progress opportunities through structured deal stages with strong forecasting discipline
Collaborate closely with SDRs on outbound and inbound opportunities to build a healthy pipeline
Work with Client Services to ensure smooth onboarding and identify expansion and upsell opportunities
Contribute to improving sales processes, messaging and go-to-market strategy as the company scales
Requirements:
Commercially driven sales professional
Experience building relationships and closing complex B2B deals
Experience owning strategic accounts and shaping company growth
Strong discovery and qualification skills
Ability to run consultative sales conversations
A structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting
A self-starter mindset with ambition to grow with a scaling business
Nice to have:
Experience selling B2B SaaS, data, analytics or marketing technology solutions
Comfort selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations with multiple stakeholders
Understanding of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
Experience selling to brands, agencies, media or digital marketing teams
Curiosity about gaming, virtual worlds, creator platforms or emerging digital channels
