Job Description:

We're looking for experienced Account Executive who has - to join our newest build-out here in NYC supporting our monday Service product! This is the start of something BIG! As an Account Executive for our monday Service product (our newest fast-growing product line) you will be responsible for scaling our ESM sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers - focusing on the value our monday Service product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform. Job Responsibility:

  • Own the full sales cycle for the monday Service product
  • Work directly with monday.com’s Account Managers to identify ESM opportunities within the existing book of business and co-sell the solution to these customers
  • Lead discovery and ESM-focused demos to align on business outcomes
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI
  • Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience selling a dedicated ITSM/ESM solution
  • Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required
  • Partnership experience is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute
  • Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Demonstrate a strong adherence to process, with a passion for process improvement
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Track record of success being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • or equivalent relevant work experience
