We are looking for a driven, motivated and hungry account executive for our rapidly expanding Account Management team. Our Account management team is responsible for the ultimate success of our client’s business and in turn PPRO’s long-term success. You will be working with our main stakeholders (Internally and externally), and supporting Enterprise Partner Managers to activate PPRO’s portfolio of Local Payment Methods (LPMs), driving revenue and growth for the business. As account executive you will get to learn from experts in the business and collaborate with all PPRO teams to ensure the success of our clients is maximised and all opportunities are captured and converted.
Job Responsibility:
Relationship Management – Deeply embedding PPRO into the fabric of the Partner, creating, strengthening and protecting the relationship
Gain access to and build relationships with executive level decision makers (including within PPRO), Sales and Account Management leaders and develop connections that create additional opportunities over the short and long term
Analytics - Utilise your analytical skills to drive insights that support the growth of revenue, profit and customer satisfaction
Create new ways of working, sharing best practices to drive improvements across the Enterprise Relationship team
Collaboration – Building experience of PPRO’s proposition, have great communication skills and ability to prioritise effectively competing priorities
Marshalling resources behind a common goal to successfully grow and delight our customers
Innovation – The ability to not only drive results through traditional and existing services but to have the curiosity to understand of the needs of the Partner, and be a natural problem solver, finding ways of adding value to them
Requirements:
Successfully completed a graduate program or equivalent work experience
Passion for account management and building relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Naturally persistent and tenacious, always following up and seeing tasks through to timely completion
Appreciation & understanding of cultural differences in doing business with international colleagues and Partners
A willingness to build interpersonal relationships deep within our client’s team structures
