K2 University is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to lead Business Development efforts across North America. This senior-level role focuses on selling SAP Authorized Training Partner (ATP) programs to enterprises in a B2B capacity, engaging with key decision-makers, and expanding K2 University's footprint in the region.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth and revenue for K2 University’s SAP ATP programs across the US and Canada
Identify, qualify, and engage with enterprise clients to understand their training and workforce development needs
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and key accounts, nurturing relationships through a consultative sales approach
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client success
Leverage social selling, networking, and direct outreach methods to generate leads and secure new business opportunities
Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to C-level executives and other decision-makers
Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to position K2 University’s offerings effectively
Represent K2 University at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to strengthen brand presence and business relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management within the tech corporate training and education space
Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and corporate training ecosystems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and support business development activities
