We're looking for a top-performing Account Executive to be one of our first US hires and a key player on our fast-growing Enterprise team. You'll own strategic relationships end-to-end—closing new deals and renewing and expanding existing accounts. You'll work directly with our Head of Sales, focusing on high-converting verticals with proven traction.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle, from inbound interest or BDR hand-off through qualification, deal management, and close
Build and progress pipeline across marketing-led and outbound opportunities, with an initial focus on API sales and scope to expand into web app deals
Partner closely with the Head of Sales, product, and tech teams to identify customer needs, shape solutions, and feed market insight back into the roadmap
Maintain strong sales hygiene and relationships: stay current on the GenAI and competitive landscape, log activity in HubSpot, and build long-term trust with customers and partners
Requirements:
5+ years selling software to mid-market and enterprise customers
ownership of €/$1M+ enterprise quotas and a consistent track record against targets
hands-on experience selling APIs in at least one role
ability to become a deep product and domain expert and sell consultatively
strong communicator, written and verbal, able to explain complex topics simply and clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
self-directed and results-driven, comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments while collaborating closely with a wider team
strong interest in AI and the GenAI landscape
