The role involves managing the Regional Morpheus sales organization, achieving revenue objectives, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive sales growth. It includes responsibility for sales forecasting, presentations, prospecting, and building relationships with stakeholders. The applicant should have strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the Regional Morpheus sales organization
Set the direction and manage the deliverables of the sales team and achieve revenue objectives
Work closely with the regional Sales Engineer
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the regional market to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth
Enable and work with HPE sellers in region
Requirements:
Achieve and exceed revenue goals for territory
Manage forecasting, sales presentations, channel development and prospecting within territory
Build and maintain relationships with key internal HPE stakeholders to expand Morpheus message
Work within HPE teams' structures to educate and enable salesforce to be confident with Morpheus messaging
Ability to call and present at all levels up to and including C level
Build relationships with partners, alliances, and customers to grow sales and references
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Morpheus’ product and processes
Ability to position HPE end-to-end solutions and articulate aligned business strategies to both HPE colleagues and customers
Ability to create demand, budgets, urgency, and advocates with customer executives
Ability to interact as a value-added team member and to contribute back to Morpheus to raise performance for the whole team
Ability to independently manage a long and complex sales cycle that includes both product and services
Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage, and mentor a variety of individuals into a high performing sales organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – good listening and strong presentation skills
