Job Description:

Account Executive (Recruitment Sales) to join our Tampa HQ. You’ll own new‑business generation and growth within strategic accounts while partnering tightly with our delivery team to land, expand, and retain.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and manage a revenue pipeline across target accounts (founders, CROs, VPs Sales/Marketing, Talent leaders)
  • Drive full‑cycle sales: prospect → discovery → solution design → proposal → close → expand
  • Collaborate with delivery to scope roles, craft search plans, and ensure excellent candidate experience
  • Maintain rigorous activity and forecast hygiene
  • run MEDDICC/Command of the Message‑style deal reviews
  • Represent Strive at events, dinners, and partner meetups to grow our brand and network
  • Consistently exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements:

  • 2–6+ years in a quota‑carrying sales or recruitment sales role with consistent top‑quartile performance
  • Confident running outbound (cold email, social, call) and multi‑threaded sales motions
  • Excellent discovery, objection handling, and closing skills
  • comfortable selling value, not rates
  • Organized, coachable, high‑urgency operator who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑moving office culture
  • Domain curiosity for SaaS/Cyber/AI/DevTools/Data markets
