Job Responsibility:

  • Building a pipeline within existing accounts - finding upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Bringing dormant and low-touch accounts back to life - rebuilding relationships and turning them into engaged customers
  • Spotting opportunities to improve margins (pricing tweaks, product changes, smart conversations)
  • Handling day-to-day customer queries and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Following clear processes and SLAs to keep everything accurate and compliant
  • Working towards KPIs (account contact, renewals, pricing reviews, order accuracy)
  • Learning the ins and outs of LAN, WAN, and our core products

Requirements:

  • Around 2+ years in desk-based B2B sales
  • Confidence building relationships and growing accounts
  • Experience with renewals, quoting, and customer conversations
  • Comfortable working with numbers, margins, and KPIs
  • Familiar with CRM systems or structured workflows
  • A clear, confident communicator (phone, email, Teams)
  • A natural problem solver who takes initiative
  • Able to pass BPSS and other clearance checks
