We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to help build and expand our user and customer base across Latin America. This is an exciting opportunity to help scale a rapidly growing region, account manage an expanding base of users and customers, and play a meaningful role in shaping ClickHouse’s presence in Latin America.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, nurture, and close opportunities across the full sales cycle, including short-term Cloud monthly contracts and annual committed spend agreements
Build, manage, and consistently grow a healthy pipeline within assigned accounts and territories
Articulate and evangelize ClickHouse’s vision, value proposition, and product positioning to both technical and business stakeholders
Apply a solution-oriented selling approach to uncover customer needs and create measurable business value
Promote and represent the innovation behind ClickHouse and ClickHouse Cloud to customers and prospects
Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce, including use cases, decision criteria, next steps, and forecasts
Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and maintain strong deal hygiene
Contribute to the regional user and developer community by participating in affinity meetups and helping drive ClickHouse-specific events in key Latin American metro areas
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment that requires commitment, ownership, and adaptability
Requirements:
Proven ability to proactively and efficiently manage resources across dedicated teams, virtual teams, and executive stakeholders to drive successful sales outcomes
Strong capability to align ClickHouse Cloud solutions with customer business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements
Recent experience working with GenAI or AI-native companies
8–10+ years of experience selling Cloud and infrastructure software
experience with open source business models is strongly preferred
A passion for building long-term customer relationships and collaborating cross-functionally within a diverse, global organization
Strong business acumen, technical curiosity, and excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Nice to have:
Experience selling cloud SaaS, data analytics, databases, and/or observability solutions
An entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments
Experience working effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization
