Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing account operations, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial services and healthcare, paired with excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Oversee account operations, including budgeting, billing, and campaign planning
Utilize CRM tools to track progress, monitor client interactions, and improve account performance
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve business goals
Implement and manage financial and accounting software systems to streamline processes
Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster growth
Develop strategies to expand client portfolios and drive business growth
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all account management activities

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related role
Proven experience managing teams and leading direct reports
Background in healthcare or financial services is highly desirable
Strong proficiency in CRM tools and accounting software systems
Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills
Ability to manage budgets and oversee billing functions effectively
Solid understanding of campaign planning and execution
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
