Account Executive to join our growing team. You will support client engagements by developing and executing existing and new client programs. This is an opportunity to support client and new business development efforts across a range of healthcare clients, using your communications training and experience to improve health and make a difference.
Job Responsibility:
Build client relationships through communication and regular interaction
Demonstrate an understanding of client goals and overall strategy
Participate in client meetings/calls and leads client updates associated with projects owned
Play a major part in drafting client communication materials
Manage all aspects of project timelines, budgets and deliverables and independently oversee assigned project workstreams
Develop budgets and scopes of work, managing financials on a monthly basis
Support preparation for new business opportunities
Utilize data to support agency recommendations and to guide idea generation
Lead aspects of client interactions to further develop client communication skills
Display an ongoing willingness to gain knowledge
Demonstrate initiative and work through issues collaboratively or independently
Be a role model for junior team members
Be a role model for company values and inspires an inclusive culture
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or health / science related field or equivalent experience
1+ years' communications experience or related agency
Experience in health communication required
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A passion for improving lives through innovations in health
An understanding of current issues in domestic and global health
