Account Executive

• Support the Account Manager in the operational delivery of client campaigns
• Act as the first point of contact for our Field Team, maintaining strong relationships and addressing in-store issues in real time
• Assist in the development of campaign briefs and ensure all activity is delivered to specification and schedule
• Analyse and interpret data to prepare client reports and identify key insights
• Monitor project performance and field activity, ensuring accuracy of reporting and data integrity
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure appropriate field resource and training is in place for campaign execution
• Contribute to campaign reviews, client communication, and development of future recommendations
• Support with budget management and strategic planning initiatives

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a fast-paced administrative or coordination role
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on data effectively
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail

Experience in FMCG or a retail marketing environment is advantageous but not essential
