We’re looking for an outstanding account executive to join our Customer Success Team in London. You will be the face and the voice of Octopus Electric Vehicles for a portfolio of employers offering our EV salary sacrifice scheme to their employees - from supporting their launch, growing the relationship to ensuring we retain them - in short, your role is to make sure the relationship is a roaring success for our customers, their employees and Octopus EV.
Job Responsibility:
Grow and expand a large portfolio of clients
Consult with clients to shape their scheme employee engagement strategy
Build relationships with key stakeholders
Drive retention and long-term account success
Lead impactful engagement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Onboarding, Partnerships, Finance, Sales, Operations and Product teams
Leverage data and customer insights to influence internal teams
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant customer-facing experience
A results-driven mindset with a track record of excellent customer experience and exceeding growth targets
