Requirements
1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in eCommerce, SaaS, payments, or a related tech environment
Early evidence of strong performance against targets, with a hunger to grow in a net new business sales role
Comfortable building relationships across SMB accounts
experience engaging with director-level stakeholders
Coachable, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Strong communication and presentation skills with a willingness to develop consultative selling techniques
3+ years of direct B2B eCommerce, payments, carrier, or SaaS sales experience
Prior experience at an innovative, agile tech company — preferably within eCommerce — with a track record of closing large-value deals
Demonstrated success in net new business sales with consistent, provable delivery against quota
Proven top performer with credibility at all levels, including C-suite, and strong internal and external relationship-building across mid-market accounts
Ability to manage a complex pipeline of multiple prospects simultaneously
