Job Responsibility:
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on high-value deals with sales cycles of 6 months to 1 year
Build and nurture relationships with technical and non-technical decision-makers, including VP, CTO, and C-level executives within large enterprises
Collaborate closely with presales teams to understand customer needs, showcase product capabilities, and tailor solutions accordingly
Develop strategic account plans to penetrate new markets, especially within the US
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reports to ensure sales targets are met
Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience, ideally within the fintech, payments, crypto, or cybersecurity sectors
Proven success in managing complex, enterprise-level sales processes
Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively
Experience selling in a startup or scale-up environment, familiar with setting up go-to-market strategies
Ability to maintain relationships over long sales cycles with persistence
