Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic media campaigns to secure prominent national and local press coverage for luxury lifestyle and real estate brands
Build and nurture relationships with journalists and editors across business, travel, luxury, and lifestyle publications
Create tailored pitches, conduct outreach efforts, and follow up to effectively highlight client news and initiatives
Represent clients at industry events and provide on-site support during key functions
Participate in domestic and international press trips alongside clients and media professionals
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, supporting their growth and development
Manage editorial calendars, track media coverage, and oversee the distribution of press materials and budget-related documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction
Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovative PR approaches and campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of public relations experience, ideally working with luxury brands or real estate clients
Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale press events with measurable impact
Experience managing campaigns for high-budget or high-profile brands is highly advantageous
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in tracking editorial coverage and managing budgets effectively
Previous experience supervising or mentoring less experienced team members is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and delivering results
