Prolific is looking for an Account Executive to drive new customer adoption and growth within our Prolific For Research sales team. This is a new customer acquisition role where you will join an expanding sales and partnerships team, and work closely with Customer Success and Growth and Customer Marketing, to land and expand in a defined list of target customers. These will primarily be across European and North American-based, enterprise and corporate R&D teams though experimentation with other customer segments, including Non-Profit and the Public Sector, will also be required.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification, through to negotiation and closure
Through prospect and client engagements, clearly articulating and demonstrating Prolific’s value proposition
Strategic account planning and development that leads to consistent target attainment, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy and outstanding customer satisfaction
Securing and nurturing relationships at all levels of client teams from end users to key business decision makers
Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, client services and participant supply teams to ensure customer alignment and satisfaction
Requirements:
3-5+ years of new business acquisition experience within the research or analytics industry
Knowledge and demonstrable experience of selling to dedicated research and development teams within medium, large and enterprise organisations
A demonstrable record of sales success in a B2B environment
Knowledge of selling to R&D teams and/or research personas within medium to large-sized corporate/enterprise clients
Experience working with usage-based commercial models in a land and expand motion
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional collaborator, highly creative and resourceful
Thrives in a scale-up environment
Knowledge of the participant/panel/recruitment market within marketing research - desirable
Experience of working within a specialist market research company/agency - desirable
