Our client specializes in bringing modern and renewable technology to communities through streetlights. They have been installing clean, green lighting machines throughout Florida for the past four years, establishing the largest fleet of solar streetlights in the nation. The role is for a dynamic Account Executive to drive sales efforts and expand the customer base in the Atlanta area, requiring strategic thinking, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales of solar streetlighting solutions
Regularly travel to both offices and project sites
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic networking
Prepare and present compelling proposals that address client needs
Manage and grow assigned accounts by understanding client needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Provide feedback on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience running the full sales cycle, selling into homebuilders and land developers
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification methodologies, and CRM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative problem solver with the ability to develop innovative solutions
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
A person of high ethics, integrity, honesty with lots of passion, drive, and a sense of humor
Previous business relationships within Land Development and master planned communities
Familiar with the top builders in the USA NAHB
Ability to travel regularly to client offices, project sites, networking events, HOA / CDD meetings, and builders shows
Accustomed to presenting a presentation deck to c-suite executives, municipalities, and utility companies
Previous experience as a Project Manager, Business Development Manager, or Civil Engineer
