In this Account Executive role, you won't just be selling a product; you will be offering a strategic, high-value technological solution that enables retailers to dramatically optimize their profitability.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and directly solicit store owners and franchised entrepreneurs (hardware, pharmacy, and grocery banners) across Canada
Manage a rigorous volume of activity including cold calling and conducting both virtual and physical demonstrations
Present impactful Return on Investment (ROI) analyses to justify high-value projects
Ensure sales closing within a dynamic cycle of 6 to 8 weeks
Use the CRM (monday.com) to track your performance indicators and maximize your sales pipeline
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience
Relevant experience in selling technical products or equipment with a significant unit or project value (ideally $100,000 and up)
Essential Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
Process-oriented profile with a focus on consultative sales methodology
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and to clearly explain past performance indicators (KPIs)
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, professional stability
Possession of a valid driver's license
