As an Account Executive at 360PR+, you are fully entrenched in agency life, with direct responsibility for a variety of day-to-day activities including playing a prominent client-facing role. You’ll have an opportunity to play a key role in developing and executing media strategies, events, and more for consumer and lifestyle brands across a variety of sectors. Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key consumer, lifestyle, wellness, food & beverage, retail, and pop culture media contacts, understanding what motivates editors and how to tailor stories accordingly
Monitor media landscapes and identify reactive and proactive opportunities including newsjacking, trend-driven pitches, and timely commentary
Correspond regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign progress and results, with the mentorship of more senior staff
Create compelling content – from strategic client correspondence to creative pitches and press and influencer materials – all with an eye to detail and storytelling
Drive highly organized day-to-day activities such as media tours and brand ambassador programs
Share your know-how and lessons learned with AAEs, ACs and interns, as well as peers across the agency, to help further their growth, as well as your own
Requirements:
2-3 years of PR experience, preferably in an agency setting and for national CPG brands
Ability to build relationships with media and secure earned media coverage
Strong writing skills with experience developing press releases, pitches, and client materials
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting and executing media relations initiatives and activations.
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs
