We are hiring an Account Executive to join a fast-growing, VC-backed tech startup based in Central London at a really exciting point in their journey. Backed by a top-tier European fund with serious pedigree, this business is solving a genuinely massive problem in a market that has been underserved for decades. They have already picked up major industry awards and are scaling fast across the UK and internationally. This is a full-cycle closing role with real responsibility from day one. You will own deals from discovery through to close, working directly with founders and operators at scaling businesses. The SDR function is already established and generating pipeline, so you are stepping into real momentum rather than building from scratch.
Job Responsibility:
Running discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision makers
Building ROI led business cases tied to real operational challenges
Managing deals from proposal through to negotiation and close
Forecasting accurately and maintaining a clean, reliable pipeline
Partnering with the SDR team and wider commercial function to continuously sharpen the sales motion
Requirements:
2 to 5 years in B2B sales with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding targets
A natural closer who is consultative, commercially sharp and takes real ownership
Someone who thrives in a fast moving environment and keeps momentum going
Hunger and aptitude matter more than sector experience here
