As an Account Executive, you manage small and medium accounts within the Advertiser team. You act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing strategic direction and optimization techniques. You support them with technical issues, promote best practices in account management (both internally and by supporting clients in implementing them), conduct regular meetings according to SLAs, liaise and communicate with publishers and other key stakeholders, and ultimately help drive the growth of your clients’ KPIs.
Job Responsibility:
Management of small and medium accounts within the respective industry
Identification of potential growth clients and focus on their development in alignment with the Team Leader and HoAS
Upselling of Awin products
Respecting timelines, targets, and qualitative standards
Optimization of the existing publisher base for clients
Accurate documentation of meetings, presentations, reports, templates, etc.
Requirements:
Strong customer focus and service attitude
Excellent communicator with different internal and external stakeholders
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with the internal stakeholders and build up reliable connections
Native Italian speaker and fluent in English
Well-founded skills in Excel/PPT
Nice to have:
Previous experience in digital advertising or e-commerce marketing is a plus.
