Account executive

• Manage a book of business of Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) and 51-100 Fully Insured, along with dental/vision
• Act as liaison between Brokers/GAs and cross-functional internal teams
• Ensure timely/successful delivery of customer renewals
• Manage timely support for broker/customer inquiries
• Build long-lasting relationships with key business stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned brokers & book of business
• Determine concerns/barriers for retention of customers
• Collaborate with internal partners to enhance broker/customer experience
• Drive practical and creative solutions for complex situations
• Lead implementation of renewal by working with cross-functional teams
• Review and present customer reporting with analytics and recommendations

• 3-5 years of client relationship experience within the Heath Insurance Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Health & Life Insurance license
• Medical, Dental and Pharmacy product experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
