H/L Agency is seeking an Account Executive. This role is integral to managing day-to-day client relationships, partnering closely with agency cross functional teams, and managing fully integrated marketing programs that deliver results. This is a hybrid role, with both office-based work at the H/L Oakland, CA office and remote work. While preference may be given to candidates in the Oakland area, we are also open to remote candidates located in the U.S.
Job Responsibility
Collaborate daily with account, media, data & innovations, creative, and production teams to manage marketing programs
Master our creative and production workflows and keep work moving smoothly
Build a deep understanding client’s business and goals
Manage creative trafficking across all campaigns, talent reports, and reconciliation in Strata
Monitor competitive landscape and develop ongoing reports
Translate concepts and client feedback effectively
Play an integral role in financial management, including budgets, billing and tracking
Maintain strong, professional client relationships
Requirements
A minimum of three years of account service experience in an agency or marketing environment
Experience across various media and creative types: including broadcast, digital and social media
Working knowledge of market and media planning, competitive analysis, trafficking and production workflows, budgeting and financial billing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail oriented, organized, and dependable
A proactive mindset, you take initiative and follow through
Comfortable pivoting when priorities shift
Curiosity, positivity, optimism, and a collaborative energy
