This role requires no prior experience, just a strong commitment to service excellence and a proactive attitude.

Job Responsibility:

  • Service & Support: Act as the first point of contact, assisting clients with their branding needs, answering inquiries, and providing informed product guidance
  • Build Relationships: Engage with clients to understand their vision, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their branding needs
  • Responsive Action: Focus on servicing existing interest with speed and care
  • Drive Client Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with clients, working as an advisor to make their branding goals a reality
  • Proactive Client Engagement: Focus on servicing inbound and outbound leads generated by strong market demand, prioritizing responsiveness and attentiveness to enhance client experience

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in support, customer success, account management, sales, or similar roles
  • Analytical skills for creative problem-solving solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple projects
  • Passion for delivering fantastic customer experience and solutions
