Account Executive role at Prompt, revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses. Responsible for building relationships with healthcare clients, identifying sales opportunities in the chiropractic market, and driving revenue growth for EMR software products.
Job Responsibility:
Build and manage relationships with key healthcare accounts and develop a deep understanding of their EMR needs
Identify new sales opportunities through market research and client interactions
Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and development teams to create and deliver compelling EMR product demonstrations and proposals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
Provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales management team on sales pipeline and revenue projections
Self-generate pipeline via outbound efforts while also managing inbound leads
Ensure timely delivery of our EMR software products and services to customers
Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on healthcare EMR solutions
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with the operations, billing, and clinical needs of chiropractic practices is highly valued
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients at all levels
Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to travel to occasional conferences throughout the year
